HIPAA Compliance

PassportMD uses HIPAA-Compliant Client/Patient Authorizations. Although PassportMD is not required to comply with HIPAA, we feel that all of our processes should follow HIPAA regulations, and thus we use HIPAA as a guideline for our policies and procedures. Protecting your personal health information is paramount to us. PassportMD, therefore, has instituted HIPAA-compliant forms that require your authorization to release and utilize your medical information provided by your health providers.
